At Magic Paws Dog Training, we put relationship at the center of our training. From our puppy socialization, through our adult dog courses, our training will give yo a confident, dependable dog who understands what you are asking them to do, and who happily responds to you.
WHO WE ARE
Magic Paws Dog Training was founded by Erin O'Rourke in 2021. Over the past two decades, Erin has been involved from everything from dog rescue, to boarding and daycares, to service dogs. She has studied under some world class dog trainers, and has brought that knowledge and experience back to beautiful Lake County.
Whether it’s for basic manners or more complex behavioral issues, we are focused on not only training your dog, but teaching you how to effectively communicate with them. Our program focuses on building a solid relationship between you and your dog, with an emphasis on teaching and rewarding good behavior, not just correcting the bad. The result is confident, happy dogs, who have not only an understanding of what we want from them, but a desire to do it!
